We start off by having an assessment to find your individual needs when it comes to boxing. We train for fitness as well as how to defend yourself. Our sessions consist of footwork, agility, conditioning, mitt work, heavy bag work, and many other exercises! For people just starting out, we can do one session a week to get the basics, but we can also do 2-3 sessions a week and really start burning fat, and letting out some of that pent up frustration (on the heavy bag, of course!)
